If the app doesn't immediately recognize your in-app purchases, you can restore them to maintain access to subscriptions. Restoring your purchase will not charge you again; it will simply reapply any pre-existing purchases.
What kind of purchases can I restore?
You can restore subscriptions and non-consumable in-app purchases at any time. However, you cannot restore consumable in-app purchases. Consumables are items that are meant to be used once, such as Coins and 1-Day Pass.
How do I restore my purchase?
To restore your purchase, follow these steps:
- Open the app.
- Go to your profile tab.
- Tap on the gear icon on the top right corner to open Settings.
- Navigate to your Account settings, and tap on Restore Purchases.
If your purchase is associated with your Apple ID or Google Play Store account, you may be asked to sign in to your account to complete the restoration process.
Important: Restoring your purchase may take a few minutes to complete.
