Your subscriptions are managed directly through the respective payment providers. Here's how you can navigate your subscription:
Subscription Management
- Duration and subscription details can be accessed through your payment provider's platform.
- You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time directly through the payment provider's interface.
- After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current term, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits until then.
Important Note:
Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription with the payment provider. You need to manually cancel the subscription through your payment provider to ensure the discontinuation of services.
Managing Your Subscriptions
Google Play: To cancel your subscription on Google Play, open the Play Store app, go to your profile, select "Payments & Subscriptions," choose the subscription, and tap "Cancel subscription." You can also be redirected to the Subscriptions page by tapping on "Manage my subscription" in your Account settings. You can find detailed instructions in Google Help .
Apple App Store: To cancel your subscription on the Apple App Store, open the Settings app, tap your name, select "Subscriptions," find the subscription you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Subscription." You can find detailed instructions in Apple Help .
PayPal: If you're using PayPal, log in to your account and access the transaction history. You can just find the subscription details and cancel the automatic renewal from there. Note that PayPal is only available as a payment option for Huawei users.
