An account can be banned when it violates our Terms of Use and/or Community Guidelines. This is to ensure the safety and security of all our users. We also ban accounts when several community members have reported an account.
Guidelines
- Respect everyone you meet.
- Ensure respect for people's views, values, and personal boundaries. We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, racism, slurs, bullying, bigotry, and misogyny.
- No transactions.
- Any illegal activity and transactions on the app violate our terms and use policy.
- All monetary transactions are strictly prohibited. Solicitation or any form of promotion (personal or business) is not allowed.
- No cat-fishing.
- Stealing someone else's identity, including photos, is a criminal offence. Please take a look at our Photo Guidelines for more information.
- If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it to prevent future payments. You'll be able to read more about it here.
